Our history
B RAVI RAJA AND ASSOCIATES LAW CONSULTANTS COMPANY PRIVATE LTD was incorporated in Tamil Nadu in 1995 under CIN U74110TN1995PTC033493. What began as a small consultancy advising local businesses on company law and commercial documentation grew, over the years, into a broader practice covering civil and property disputes, banking and recovery work, family matters, service law and regulatory proceedings.
We appear before the Hon'ble High Court of Madras, city civil and family courts, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, the National Green Tribunal, administrative tribunals and consumer commissions. Advisory mandates — contracts, opinions, structuring and compliance — remain an equally important part of the practice.
The Firm works deliberately at a modest scale. Clients deal directly with the people handling their file, correspondence is answered by name, and confidentiality is treated as a professional obligation rather than a policy statement.
