This Policy explains how we handle personal data processed through this website, as Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

B RAVI RAJA AND ASSOCIATES LAW CONSULTANTS COMPANY PRIVATE LTD (“Firm”, “we”, “us” or “our”), CIN U74110TN1995PTC033493, having its registered office at FF-2, Cordel Apartments, No. 13 Pycrofts Garden Road, Madras 6, Tamil Nadu, India, operates the website https://www.bravirajaassociates.com (the “Site”).

The Site describes our law consultancy practice and allows you to send a consultation request. Visiting the Site or sending a form does not, by itself, create an advocate–client or solicitor–client relationship.

We are the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data processed through the Site, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws. Professional confidentiality, where it applies, is additional to this Policy and is governed by Indian professional rules and any engagement letter.

Do not send highly sensitive or privileged material through the public form (for example full case files, passwords, or unmarked confidential exhibits) until we have confirmed engagement in writing and given you a designated channel.

We do not sell personal data.

  • To assess conflicts, scope, and whether we can assist.
  • To perform a mandate if you later engage us (under a separate engagement letter).

  • Unengaged enquiries: generally up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is required for conflict checks or law.
  • Engaged matters: for the period required by professional rules, limitation periods, and the engagement letter.
  • Server logs: typically up to 12 months.

7. Your rights (Data Principal)
